Designed, produced, packaged and presented at their most perfect moment.
But an object changes once it enters the world. Surfaces become softer. Materials develop character. Small marks accumulate. What was once pristine becomes personal.
Objects do not simply age. They remember.
THE MARK OF TIME
Every material records something.
Leather becomes softer through use. Metal develops a different surface through oxidation. Wood darkens with exposure. Stone becomes smoother where hands repeatedly touch it.
These changes are rarely dramatic. They happen slowly, almost invisibly.
Yet they transform the relationship between an object and the person who owns it.
BEAUTY IN WEAR
We are accustomed to seeing products at their beginning: untouched, immaculate and perfectly photographed.
But there is another beauty in the second life of an object.
A scratched surface can reveal movement. A faded colour can suggest years of sunlight. A repaired edge can become part of its identity.
